Q:  What is Home Staging?
A:  Home Staging is the art of re-designing and showcasing residential (house, apartment, condo, model home) and commercial property for a quick sale.

Q:  How many buyers will staging attract?
A.  Staging's purpose is to attract the majority of buyers through a systematic and coordinated methodology in which knowledge of real estate, home renovations and creative design principles are applied.

Q:  What does a Home Stager do?
A.  Staging a property involves all or part of cleaning, decluttering, updating and repairing, while showcasing is the process of arranging furniture, accessories, art and light.

Q:  What if I have already moved and the house I have for sale is empty?
A:  Whether a property is occupied or vacant, Staging is recommended before the property can be effective on the market.  JenJen's will stage vacant homes with furniture and accessories owned by JenJen's Home Staging.

Q:  Will a Stager redecorate my home?
Professionally staged homes are considered re-designed, not decorated.
An expert stager will use as many items (furniture, accessories, etc...) owned by the seller, as possible.   If the Stager and seller agree, additional items may be purchased, at the seller's expense.

Q:  What guarantee do I have that my home will sell?
A:  Staged properties do sell faster when compared with un-staged houses. From the date of listing until the day of closing, home staging shortens this time frame, even in a slow real estate market.  However, JenJen's cannot be held responsible for a sale of any staged home.  There are factors involved in the sale of a home that JenJen's has no control of.

Staged properties can increase the number
of offers and selling prices in hot markets.
